I hope everyone had an awesome Halloween! Mike and I went to SB for some beer and wine tasting and had a really great time even tho we werent participating in the Halloween festivities.

Couple of Things...

Two TOTALLY different styles of painting, the second is a study of Sargent's One of my faves since it seems so effortless!

Whenever I try to decide what kind of style I like to pursue, its sort of hard because I like to do so many things :P

Sargent Study

Just a quick study today :) I Love Sargent!

I've done a few of these recently, at work, I'm doing character renderings, Sargent really is the master of subtly, and I've been learning a lot doing them!

Rites of Spring

Inspired by the Centaurs from the Original Fantasia....Working at Disney has it perks, I was looking around for old Freddie Moore drawings, and Just had to do a couple of pretty centaur girls! It was my fave short from the old Fantasia!


I've been messing around with watercolors, but I've mostly been doing it on the regular bond paper I use to draw on, but soon I think I will bring in a pad of arches to do it on real watercolor paper :P
